How the Nine Casino VIP Program Works
Short answer: the Nine Casino VIP program is the top end of a loyalty system open to every registered player. You earn points for bets and deposits, climb from Bronze to Platinum, and VIP status starts at Gold 1. Your first deposit also unlocks a free 7-day trial with Gold level privileges.
Nine Casino runs one ladder for everybody rather than a secret club you have to be spotted for. The ranks are Bronze, Silver and Gold, each split into five steps (Bronze 1 to Bronze 5 and so on), with Platinum at the very top. From Bronze 2 upwards each new rank pays a one-off reward, and the perks get bigger as you go up: better daily wheels, cashback boosts, rakeback and, from Gold 1, the VIP Club itself.
The VIP Club is a separate panel in your account. It shows your current rank, your total points, the rewards you have already collected, your cashout limits by day, week and month, and a Connect button for your personal VIP manager. Inside it sit VIP tournaments, VIP wheels, VIP bonuses, a VIP advent calendar when the season comes round, and VIP lotteries with real prizes.
For Irish players everything is priced in euro. Points, rank rewards and cashback limits are all quoted in € in the brand's own pages, so there is no conversion to think about on an EUR account. How to Get VIP Status
There are four doors into VIP at Nine Casino. Most players will use the first two: the free trial straight after the first deposit, then the normal climb through the ranks. The other two are for people who already play at a high level.

The points you need for each rank
Nine Casino does not publish a public table of how many points each rank needs. Your account shows a progress bar with the exact number of points to the next rank, so the target you see there is the one that counts. The loyalty FAQ also maps program levels onto ranks: levels 1 to 49 cover Bronze, 50 to 99 Silver, 100 to 149 Gold, and level 150 and higher is Platinum.
VIP Transfer for players who are VIP elsewhere
If you already hold VIP status at another casino, the VIP Transfer form lets you ask for the same treatment here. You name the casino, give your current VIP level and the wager points you have earned, and upload a screenshot as proof. The VIP team then gets in touch to verify it. Which Games Count
Two different things count here, and they follow different rules. Loyalty points come from every real-money bet you place in the casino. Bonus wagering, on the other hand, gives each game type a contribution rate, and that decides how fast a bonus clears.
Slots
Slots count 100% towards bonus wagering in every help text the brand publishes. Look out for lobby tiles with an "x2 loyalty points" badge: bets on those games earn double loyalty points.
Bonus Buy and instant games
The support FAQ lists Bonus Buy games at 50% and instant win games at 5%. They still earn loyalty points on real-money bets, but they clear a bonus far more slowly.
Live casino and tables
Live dealer and table games are where the two help texts differ. One lists live games at 10%, the other says card games, roulette, poker and video poker count 5% and live dealers do not count at all. Check the bonus information card for the bonus you hold before relying on either figure.
Restricted games
Some titles are blocked while a bonus is active. Nine Casino keeps a "Bonus restricted games" page, and those games only open up again once you finish the wagering or cancel the bonus.
Cashback follows its own rule. The Weekly Cashback is worked out from losses on slot games only, between Monday 00:00 and Sunday 23:59 UTC, so slot play is what feeds both your rank and your cashback. The rank rewards add up step by step. Bronze 2 to Bronze 5 pay 10, 30, 50 and 100 free spins. Silver 1 to Silver 5 pay €10, €15, €20, €25 and €35 in bonus money. Gold is where it gets serious: €50 at Gold 1, €200 at Gold 2, €350 at Gold 3, €1,200 at Gold 4 and €2,500 at Gold 5, all with a 1x wagering requirement. Platinum pays €10,000, also at 1x.
Rakeback is described by the brand as having no wagering requirement and no cap on the total amount, though rewards stay valid for 60 days after they are credited and bonus funds do not earn rakeback. On top of the table, VIP members see VIP tournaments, VIP wheels, a daily VIP gift and VIP lotteries in the Club panel. Their prizes change from event to event, so they are not listed with a fixed value here.
VIP Cashback vs Weekly Cashback
Everyone at Nine Casino gets a Weekly Cashback. VIP players get the same mechanism with a higher ceiling, and the Club adds a personal deal on top. Here is how the two sides line up.
Standard Weekly Cashback
Paid on last week's slot losses, from 5% on a net deposit of €20 to €1,000 (max €100) up to 12.5% on €25,000 and more (max €5,000). It carries 1x wagering, sits in the account for 72 hours, and is not paid if your real-money loss for the week was under €20.
VIP Cashback
Shown in the account as a separate VIP Cashback card and listed at up to 25%, by invitation. The maximum amount is set with your VIP manager rather than published. The same 1x wagering applies, and the total can never exceed 25% of the previous week's deposits.
Trial, Club and plain loyalty side by side
The three layers of the program are easiest to tell apart by how long they last and how you get in.
- Regular loyalty is automatic for every registered player. You earn points, collect rank rewards from Bronze 2 upwards and get wheels that match your rank. Rakeback opens up as you climb.
- The 7-day VIP trial lends you the Gold level benefits for one week after the first deposit. It is a preview: when the timer ends, you go back to the rank your points have earned.
- The VIP Club is permanent once you reach Gold 1, provided you stay active. It adds the VIP manager, higher cashout limits, priority in the withdrawal queue, VIP bonuses and events, and cashback boosts.
Climbing also lifts the standard cashback. The cashback details say a Cashback Boost comes with higher ranks in the loyalty program, so a Gold player and a Bronze player with the same week of play do not necessarily get the same return.
Wagering in Plain Words
Wagering is the amount you have to bet before bonus money turns into cash you can withdraw. A €50 reward at 1x means €50 of bets. A €100 bonus at 35x means €3,500 of bets. Whether you win or lose those bets does not matter, only the total staked. Nine Casino plays your real money first and only starts using the bonus once your real balance has been played through.
The welcome bonus is listed at 35x at the time of checking, so confirm it in the bonus terms before you deposit. The VIP rewards are far lighter: Gold and Platinum rank rewards and all cashback come at 1x, Silver rewards at x20 and Bronze free spins at x30. While any bonus is active, the maximum bet is €5 on slots and €10 on live games. Try a VIP reward

A worked example
Take a player with a net deposit of €800 in a week who loses €400 on slots. The standard Weekly Cashback is 5% on that tier, so €20 comes back with 1x wagering, which at 96% RTP leaves about €19 on average. A VIP on an invited rate of up to 25% could see up to €100 on that loss, still at 1x and still inside the 25% of deposits limit.
That is the honest picture of where the program pays off. Bronze and Silver rewards are a pleasant bonus along the way. What to Do If It Did Not Work
Most VIP hiccups come down to timing or a missing step. Work through these before you contact support.
The VIP trial did not start
The trial is tied to the first deposit. Check that the deposit shows as succeeded in your Transactions History and that the "VIP status for free" badge was on it in the cashier. If the deposit is still pending, give it time to complete. Once the trial runs, the account shows a 7-day timer.
My rank has not moved
Look at both point types. Wager Points come from bets, but moving to Gold 1 and above also needs Deposit Points. If your bar is full on one and short on the other, the rank will not change. Also remember that rakeback is earned on real-money bets only, as bonus funds do not qualify.
No cashback arrived after the week
Cashback is only paid on slot losses and only if the week's real-money loss reached €20. Withdrawals reduce your net deposit, which can drop you into a lower tier. If cashback was credited and you missed it, it expires after 72 hours, so check the Bonus Hub early in the week.
A rank reward or bonus is missing
